1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using our products and services, developed by Littlebit Labs ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms govern your access to and use of our products and services on all platforms and devices. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using our products and services immediately.

2. Definitions

"Services" refers to all digital offerings provided by Littlebit Labs, including but not limited to the Littlebit Labs website, web forms, Android applications, iOS applications, and any other software, tools, or services developed, owned, or operated by Littlebit Labs — including all updates, modifications, and extensions of these services.

3. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference, details how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including location data. Please read it before using our Services.

4. License & Restrictions

4.1 Grant of License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our products and services on devices that you own or control, strictly in accordance with these Terms.

4.2 Restrictions

You are not allowed to:

• Modify, disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer our products and services
• Rent, lease, loan, resell, sublicense, or distribute our products and services to any third party
• Use our products and services for any unlawful purpose, or in a manner that disrupts their integrity or performance
• Create derivative works based on our products and services

5. Content and Conduct

5.1 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our Services in any manner that interferes with or disrupts other users' experience
• Use or attempt to use another user's account without authorization
• Bypass or ignore instructions contained in the robots.txt file or other access restrictions

5.2 User Content

You may submit textual, audio, and/or visual content through our Services ("User Content"). You retain your rights in your User Content, but you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display, distribute, and otherwise disclose to third parties any such material.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Services, including their text, graphics, user interface, trademarks, logos, artwork, and computer code, are owned or licensed by us and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. No part of our Services may be copied, reproduced, uploaded, or distributed without our express written consent.

7. Prohibited Data Collection

The collection, harvesting, or aggregation of user data — including but not limited to mobile numbers and names — for any commercial use or the creation of databases is strictly forbidden. Violations will result in account suspension, legal action, and applicable penalties.

8. Unauthorized Data Gathering

Manual or automated gathering of user data for any purpose other than direct, authorized communication through the platform is prohibited. Violations constitute a breach of these Terms and will lead to immediate account suspension, permanent banning, and possible legal action.

9. Automated Data Collection (Bots, Scrapers)

The use of automated tools such as bots, spiders, or scrapers to access, extract, or gather information from our Services is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in:

• Permanent account ban
• IP blacklisting and blocking
• Formal cease-and-desist and escalation to legal action
• Civil and criminal penalties under applicable cybersecurity laws

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Littlebit Labs, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our Services.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Littlebit Labs be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of our Services, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to our Services if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we consider harmful to other users, our business, or third parties.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Bengaluru, Karnataka for the purpose of litigating all claims or disputes arising from these Terms. All proceedings will be conducted in Bengaluru.

14. Data Center Issues and Indemnification

In the event of data center failures resulting in data loss or service unavailability, Littlebit Labs will not be held liable for recovery of data caused by factors outside our control (natural disasters, third-party failures, cyberattacks). Users are advised to maintain independent backups of critical data.

15. Refund for Downtime

If paid services are unavailable due to data center issues or downtime, we will refund 95% of the amount charged during that period. To request a refund, notify us within 30 days of the downtime. Refunds will be processed within 60 days of verification.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be communicated by revising the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, via additional notice. We encourage you to review these Terms regularly.
