  • A straightforward 7-day window to request a refund if our software doesn't perform as promised

  • Direct support from our technical team to resolve any issues you encounter

2. Software Products

2.1 When Can You Request a Refund?

You're eligible for a refund when:

  • You encounter errors that significantly impact the software's functionality, and we can't resolve them within 30 days
  • You discover critical bugs that prevent the software from working as intended (we'll need details to verify)

2.2 When Refunds Are Not Available

To ensure transparency, refunds aren't available in these situations:

  • After the 7-day window has passed
  • For changes of mind after purchase
  • When issues arise from misuse or misunderstanding of features
  • For customized software solutions created specifically for your needs

3. How to Request a Refund

Getting in touch is easy:

  • Include your purchase order number and describe what's not working
  • Share any helpful details like screenshots or error messages
  • We'll review your request within 10 business days
  • If approved, you'll receive your refund within the following 10 business days

4. Service Cancellations

Life happens, and plans change. Here's how we handle service cancellations:

  • Cancel 48+ hours before your scheduled service: Full refund
  • Cancel within 48 hours: 50% refund to cover preparation costs

5. Service Dissatisfaction

If you're not happy with a service:

  • Let us know within 7 days of service completion
  • We'll either provide the service again at no cost, or offer a partial refund depending on the situation

6. Processing Refunds

Refunds will typically be processed through your original payment method. If you have concerns about a refund decision, please reach out to our customer support team — we're here to find a solution that works for everyone.
